BAUR Automotive (Jilin) Co., Ltd. develops and manufactures polyurethane foam components for automotive acoustic applications, combining accumulated expertise in polyurethane foaming technology with application-specific component design.

Our manufacturing capabilities include two imported foam production lines, supported by foaming machines, premixing equipment, automated pouring robots and ultrasonic welding equipment. These resources support the production of customized PUR foam components for automotive applications.

With an annual delivery capacity of 1 million PUR products, BAUR supports customer projects from customized component requirements through production and delivery. Our focus is on consistent manufacturing processes, application-specific requirements and dependable project support.
